Order in person - complete the right hand side of a previous repeat prescription or complete a re-order slip and post through the letterbox at the front of the practice building.

By Post - you can post the above to the Practice.

Pharmacy collection service - all the local pharmacies offer a prescription collection service from our practice, we ask that all patients nominate a pharmacy to collect their prescriptions.

Non-repeat items (Acute or Special Requests)

Medicines that have been isued by the Doctor but not added to your repeat prescriptions records.  You can request these medications by name using any of the above methods.  This is normally a new medication issued for a trial period and may require a review with your doctor prior to being added onto your repeat prescription records. Some medications are reorded as acute as they require to be closely monitored by the doctor. You may therefore not always be issued with your requested medication as you may need to consult with your doctor.

Medication Reviews - the doctors at the practice regularly review the medication you are taking. This may involve changes to your medication, in accordance with current Health Board policies. Please be reassured that this will not affect your treatment. We may sometimes ask you to come in for a medication review and this may involve blood tests. It is very important that you attend these appointments as it keeps you safe whilst taking medication.
